關於調整國際地區常旅客免票
變更規則的通知
尊敬的旅客,
國際地區常旅客免票變更規則調整如下:
1、不得自願簽轉;
2、自願變更航班時間/日期：
國際地區航線的常客免票，每次變更收取200元/次變更費用，變更次數不限，但不能更改航程以及更改乘機人。
3、退票：常客免票的非自願退票可退回未使用航段的里程、燃油費及其它稅費，自願退票僅可退回燃油費及其它稅費；退票辦理需在機票有效期內進行，過期常客免票不接受辦理。
4、其它規則參照《旅客、行李國際運輸總條件》執行。
以上調整規則自2015年5月1日零時開始出票，以2015年5月10日零時旅行日期起開始執行。
Notice on adjustment of Sichuan Airlines’ frequent flyer free ticket changing rules for international tickets
Dear passengers,
Free ticket changing rules on international and regional flights has been adjusted as follows,
1) No voluntary endorsement
2) Voluntary date change: charge 200 RMB per time for date change（unlimited times allowed）. No flight segment and/or passenger change permitted.
3) Refund: mileage and taxes for unused segment can be returned for involuntary refund while only taxes can be returned for voluntary refund. Passengers can only apply refund while the tickets are still in its valid duration.
4) Other rules please refer to the General Conditions of international Carriage for Passengers and Baggage.
5) The above rules apply for the international tickets issued after 0 o’clock, 1 May, 2015(included) with travel date after 0 o’clock, 10 May, 2015(included).
