Welcome to Sichuan Airlines’ global website. We suggest you read this Notice carefully before making your booking to best facilitate your trip. You may also inquire about our General Conditions of International Carriage for Passenger and Baggage.

1.     Ticket Purchase
You can purchase tickets via our official website, service hotlines, booking offices and authorized agents. When you book tickets via our website, please make the payment within the required period after booking, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled automatically. If you come across problems while booking tickets, please follow the tips listed below.
1)      Payment
Please be informed that the payer (card holder) shall be the passenger or one of the passengers. You may need to present the payment card during check-in at the airport. Otherwise, the risk caused hereby shall be undertaken by the passenger.
2)      Balance
Please be informed that there will be a balance between the order amount and your real payment amount or refund amount due to the international transaction fee you may pay and the different conversion rate. Please check with your card issuer for further details.
3)      Payment Failure
If you fail to pay successfully, please confirm whether money in your bank card is deducted. If the money has been deducted, please contact our service hotline +86 28 8888 8888. Please do not purchase the ticket repeatedly. If the money has not been deducted, please rebook another order and try again. When you make the payment please make sure all the information are correctly input.
4)      Confirmation mail
Normally, we will send confirmation receipt to the mail address you left in the booking process automatically. So If you do not receive the confirmation mail after paying successfully, please contact our service hotline +86 28 8888 8888 to confirm your trip.
 
2.     Changes to Ticket
If you need to make a change in flight, date or class after you purchase your ticket, please contact our service hotline +86 28 8888 8888. You are required to pay applicable fees for changes in accordance with fare conditions. If discount is involved, there may be no seats of the same discount as your original booking on your desired flight. In this case you are required to pay the fare difference in addition to the change fee if the class can be changed.
 
3.     Refund
If you request refund after purchasing in our website, please contact our service hotline +86 28 8888 8888 within the validity period of the ticket. We will process your application in accordance with the fare restrictions for your tickets.(Notes: A normal fare ticket is valid for carriage for one year from the date of commencement of travel or, if no portion of ticket is used, from the date of issue thereof.)
 
4.     Check-in
Check-in on line is temporarily unsupported in our global website. Please go to the airport check-in counters in advance to check in.
