Notification of Free Refund for Sichuan Airlines Flight Tickets

Dear Passenger:

In order to carry out the joint prevention and control of the 2019-nCoV epidemic and implement the requirements established by Civil Aviation Administration of China,passengers can voluntarily refund their tickets from 0:00 am on January 24, 2020, and Sichuan Airlines and all of its ticket sales agencies should not charge refund fee. Specific details are as below：

1.Passengers who have eligible tickets for flights operated by Sichuan Airlines with numbers beginning with 876 or 3U-coded codeshare flights booked before 0:00 am on January 24, 2020, can voluntarily refund their tickets from 0:00 am on January 24, 2020, and Sichuan Airlines and all of its ticket sales agencies should not charge refund fee.An eligible ticket can be refunded without refund fee through the original ticket-booking channel within the validity period of the ticket (within one year of the issue date). Please call +862888888888 or contact e-bookingservice@sichuanair.com to get your free refund if you booked by global.sichuanair.com. Peak shifting is advised since the Spring Festival and the refund rush.

2.Passengers who refunded your tickets during January 20, 2020 and January 24, 2020, and your tickets for flights are after January 20, 2020, and a refund fee is charged. You can price match through the original ticket-booking channel within the validity period of the ticket (within one year of the issue date). Any problems during your refund, please wait patiently. Fourteen days are required of your refund since the refund rush.
